Nattaya was diagnosed with cervical cancer in June. The oncology team at Phuket University Hospital has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 3 weeks. Nattaya is 47, worked as a taxi driver until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Phuket University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment. Where the $2,100 goes: • Household costs while unable to work: $530 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $135 • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,200 • Scans and lab work: $235 Thanks for reading all this.
