Help Natalie through 8 rounds of treatment for multiple myeloma
Supporting Natalie through multiple myeloma: medication, transport to Leicester Cancer Centre, and living costs while She can't work.

Natalie was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in August. The oncology team at Leicester Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Natalie is 58, worked as a bus conductor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Leicester Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $5,900 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,100
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,800
• Scans and lab work: $1,050
• Transport to Leicester Cancer Centre: $950
I hope life is good to you.
- David

hang in there, David. Your post was clear and honest. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care
Wishing you the best. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Sending strength, David. Get well soon. God bless.
