Help Natalia lay Carmen to rest with dignity in Bogotá
After the sudden passing of Carmen, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.

Carmen, my sister, passed away on 16 February after a road accident. She was 76 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,500 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 5 March.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Carmen to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Bogotá hospice.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $500
• Funeral home services and casket: $920
• Transport of the deceased: $80
