Help Nasrin keep the Neighbors' Pantry pantry stocked
Help keep a free food pantry open for students and shift workers in Narayanganj.

Since 2020, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Friday from the back of a school canteen. We started with 12 families, and now we feed 305 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 52% this school holidays, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 11 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Narayanganj market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $350 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $90
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $135
• Baby formula and diapers: $75
• Refrigeration and electricity: $50
Thanks for reading all this.

Keep going, Nasrin. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
Best of luck, Nasrin. Hope this works out for you. Thinking of Narayanganj.
Hope it all works out, Nasrin. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in accounting myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Take care
sending good thoughts, Nasrin. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My neighbor in Bangkok donated after I showed her your page. Blessings.
Praying for you, Nasrin. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in.
