Help Naresh restart a neighborhood bakery in Mumbai after a fire in the building
Naresh has run a neighborhood bakery for twelve years; a fire in the building destroyed the equipment, and $650 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a neighborhood bakery in Mumbai. In August, a fire in the building took a commercial oven. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $650 goes:
• Replacing a commercial oven: $340
• Initial stock: flour, butter and sugar: $140
• Shop repairs and licensing: $65
• Working capital for the first month: $105
Every share and every dollar helps.

Sending good thoughts. Shared it with a few friends. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
rooting for you. Small businesses are the heart of Mumbai. Hope you're open again soon.
So sorry you're going through this. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Greetings from Hubballi.
praying for you, Naresh. Shared this with my family. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care.
