Help Naomi start the school year with the right tools
Naomi won a place at Birmingham Girls' High School but the family cannot afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Grade 9 at Birmingham Girls' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $300, which is more than we have.
I love robotics and want to become a teacher. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $300 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $135
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $40
• School uniform and shoes: $125
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Keep going, Naomi. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Love from São Paulo.
So sorry you're going through this, Naomi. This could happen to any of us. Don't give up.
