After the loss of my brother, Nadav has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Tel Aviv cost $65 each. Nadav has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Nadav could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
