The electricity account is 2 months behind. Mustafa received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in September.
Mustafa called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Mustafa is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Mustafa's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

Quick update: $20 raised so far (13%). we've booked the dates and paid the deposit. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
