Since 2021, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Thursday from the back of the parish hall. We started with 19 families, and now we feed 314 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 58% this summer, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 19 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Lagos market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $405 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $270
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $65
• Baby formula and diapers: $65
• Refrigeration and electricity: $5
Every share and every dollar helps.

everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I hope July is when things finally get easier. All the best.
Wishing you the best. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.
thinking of you and your family, Modupe. Looking forward to the next update. My neighbor in Stockholm donated after I showed her your page.
