Mocha is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 26 December we rushed to Fukuoka Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,500. They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond March. Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $230 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Fukuoka Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
