Help Million restart a roadside café in Jimma after a storm that collapsed the roof
Million lost an espresso machine and grinder to a storm that collapsed the roof and needs $450 to reopen a roadside café and support the family.

For four years I have run a roadside café in Jimma. In September, a storm that collapsed the roof took an espresso machine and grinder. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 5 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $450 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $70
• Replacing an espresso machine and grinder: $310
• Initial stock: coffee and pastries: $70
Thanks for being kind about this.

Thanks for sharing this, Million. I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Mecca so I could bring a meal
Sending good thoughts, Million. Hope this works out for you. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. Sent it to 31 people at work. Take care.
Thinking of you and your family, Million. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update.
You're not alone, Million. Hope you get there. I hope January is when things finally get easier
