Help Mihaela keep the Neighbors' Pantry pantry stocked
Mihaela runs a volunteer pantry feeding 146 families; this fund restocks shelves for the summer.

Since 2019, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Friday from the back of a school canteen. We started with 13 families, and now we feed 146 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 38% this summer, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 16 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the București market and keep every receipt.
Each $20 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $620
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $330
• Refrigeration and electricity: $150
