Help Micah replace the suspension and return to work
Micah's my food truck is Micah's only source of income and needs a suspension replacement costing $2,200.

I make my living with my food truck. 6 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $2,200. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $2,200 goes:
• suspension replacement (parts): $1,350
• Labor charges: $420
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $250
• Towing and inspection: $180
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Thinking of you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Thinking of Brooklyn.
keep going. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. All the best.

good luck, Micah. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
Good luck, Micah. Hope the shop reopens soon. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out
