Help Micah pay for cataract surgery at Cleveland General Hospital

Micah was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in January. The surgeon at Cleveland General Hospital recommended cataract surgery, and He is scheduled for May. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $5,500, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $4,150 short.
my brother has been in and out of Cleveland General Hospital since January. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without cataract surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $5,500 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Micah struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 6 weeks. During that time Micah won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. travel and lodging for the family comes first ($310) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Fair thing to want to know.
