Help Meena save Maple - surgery needed

Maple is my German shepherd of nine years. On 20 September we rushed to Thane Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Maple is more than a pet - Maple is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
