Help me pay for septoplasty at Üsküdar Community Hospital
A scheduled septoplasty in August is out of reach without help covering $950 of the cost.

In May I was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst. My surgeon at Üsküdar Community Hospital recommended septoplasty, and I have been placed on the schedule for August. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,250, and after what my employer's plan will pay, I'm still $950 short.
Doctors at Üsküdar Community Hospital told me a large ovarian cyst will get worse without septoplasty. I work as a care assistant, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $1,250 is far beyond what I've.
Until the surgery I can't work full days, and my hours as a care assistant have already been cut. Every week of waiting means more pain and a bigger risk.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 6 weeks. I'll not be able to stand for more than ten minutes during that time, so this has become a financial emergency as well as a medical one.

Sure. The biggest one is pre-operative tests and imaging, $75. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one.
