Help me pay for hip replacement surgery at Rome Community Hospital

In June I was diagnosed with a cleft palate needing repair. My surgeon at Rome Community Hospital recommended hip replacement surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for August. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $7,000, and after what the public health scheme will pay, I'm still $4,200 short.
Doctors at Rome Community Hospital told me a cleft palate needing repair will get worse without hip replacement surgery. I work as a warehouse packer, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $7,000 is far beyond what I've.
Until the surgery I can't work full days, and my hours as a warehouse packer have already been cut. Every week of waiting means more pain and a bigger risk.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 12 weeks. I'll not be able to stand for more than ten minutes during that time, so this has become a financial emergency as well as a medical one.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Pietro!
Pre-operative tests and imaging is $230 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Good question.
