Help me pay for emergency hernia repair at Pune Regional Medical Center

In July I was diagnosed with a thyroid nodule that needs removal. My surgeon at Pune Regional Medical Center recommended emergency hernia repair, and I have been placed on the schedule for October. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $880, and after what my employer's plan will pay, I'm still $700 short.
