Help me pay for cataract surgery at Nashik University Hospital
A scheduled cataract surgery in October is out of reach without help covering $750 of the cost.

In July I was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery. My surgeon at Nashik University Hospital recommended cataract surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for October. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,000, and after what the public health scheme will pay, I'm still $750 short.
Doctors at Nashik University Hospital told me endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without cataract surgery. I work as a care assistant, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $1,000 is far beyond what I've.
Until the surgery I can't work full days, and my hours as a care assistant have already been cut. Every week of waiting means more pain and a bigger risk.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 8 weeks. I'll not be able to look after the children alone during that time, so this has become a financial emergency as well as a medical one.
