Help me pay for ACL reconstruction at Karachi Orthopedic Institute

In June I was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes. My surgeon at Karachi Orthopedic Institute recommended ACL reconstruction, and I have been placed on the schedule for October. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $500, and after what the government subsidy will pay, I'm still $400 short. Doctors at Karachi Orthopedic Institute told me severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without ACL reconstruction. I work as a retail assistant, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $500 is far beyond what I've.
