Help me pay for a partial thyroidectomy at Monterrey Community Hospital
A scheduled a partial thyroidectomy in September is out of reach without help covering $600 of the cost.

In June I was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor. My surgeon at Monterrey Community Hospital recommended a partial thyroidectomy, and I have been placed on the schedule for September. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,000, and after what the government subsidy will pay, I'm still $600 short.
Doctors at Monterrey Community Hospital told me a benign brain tumor will get worse without a partial thyroidectomy. I work as a school bus driver, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $1,000 is far beyond what I've.
Until the surgery I can't work full days, and my hours as a school bus driver have already been cut. Every week of waiting means more pain and a bigger risk.
Recovery is expected to take about 4 weeks. I'll not be able to look after the children alone during that time, so this has become a financial emergency as well as a medical one.
