Help me finish an electrical engineering diploma at Mississauga University - $5,600 to go
A first-generation student, Thomas needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an electrical engineering diploma.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an electrical engineering diploma at Mississauga University, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a warehouse packer to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $5,600.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.6 average, and my department head has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Mississauga University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $5,600 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,350
• Final term tuition: $2,800
• Exam and lab fees: $150
• Textbooks and materials: $300
