Help me finish a degree in civil engineering at Coventry Community College - $3,000 to go

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a degree in civil engineering at Coventry Community College, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a shop assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $3,000.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a first-class average, and my department head has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Coventry Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $3,000 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,300
• Final term tuition: $1,250
• Exam and lab fees: $190
• Textbooks and materials: $260

Sure. The biggest one is outstanding tuition balance, $1,300. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Good question.
