Maya earned a place in Year 10 at Kathmandu Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $110, which is more than they have.
Maya loves chemistry and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $110 goes:
• Laptop: $45
• School uniform and shoes: $35
• Textbooks and workbooks: $25
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $5
