Mocha is my rabbit of thirteen years. On 22 July we rushed to Coventry Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $2,000. They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $160 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Coventry Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $2,000 goes: • Emergency surgery: $1,200 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $230 • Medication and follow-up visits: $260 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $310 Thanks for being kind about this.
