After bullying at school, Marta has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Guadalupe cost $35 each. Marta has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Marta could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Marta, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $550 goes: • 16 therapy sessions: $450 • Psychiatric assessment: $75 • Workbook and resources: $25 Every share and every dollar helps. - Alejandra

          • Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Marta.

            • Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. 16 therapy sessions comes first ($450) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. I'll keep the page updated.
