Help María save Bruno - surgery needed
A rabbit named Bruno needs emergency surgery - a $2,700 bill the family can't cover.

Bruno is my rabbit of thirteen years. On 5 August we rushed to Raleigh Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $2,700.
They have stabilized Bruno, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Bruno is more than a pet - Bruno is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $300 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Raleigh Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,700 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,650
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $760
• Medication and follow-up visits: $135
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $155

Wishing you the best, María. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes
you're not alone, María. I hope things turn around soon. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend.
Praying for you, María. Hope this works out for you. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Thanks for sharing this, María. Give Bruno a hug from me. I'll check back for the next update.
