Help María replace the gearbox and return to work

Without my food truck María can't work; a $500 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my food truck. 7 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $500. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my 4 children. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $500 goes: • gearbox replacement (parts): $280 • Labor charges: $105 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $70 • Towing and inspection: $45 Glad we found this place.
