Help Marcel finish a degree in social work at Haarlem State College - $2,300 to go
Marcel has worked and saved for three years to study a degree in social work; a $2,300 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Marcel is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in social work at Haarlem State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,300.
The registrar has said Marcel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Marcel has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Marcel would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Marcel isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $2,300 goes:
• Final term tuition: $1,800
• Textbooks and materials: $280
• Exam and lab fees: $220
I hope life is good to you.
