Help Manuel keep the the Harvest Pantry pantry stocked
The the Harvest Pantry pantry in El Paso is running low just as demand rises; $2,350 will stock it for 7 weeks.

Since 2020, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Saturday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 11 families, and now we feed 130 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 43% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 20 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the El Paso market and keep every receipt.
Each $45 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $2,350 goes:
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $1,100
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $1,100
• Refrigeration and electricity: $150
