Jabalpur

Mangesh is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Jabalpur Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600. The registrar has said Mangesh can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Mangesh has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Mangesh would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Mangesh isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $600 goes: • Final term tuition: $210 • Exam and lab fees: $25 • Outstanding tuition balance: $365 If you're reading this, thank you.
