Help Mairead afford 10 counseling sessions
A course of EMDR therapy for Mairead could change everything; the cost is $1,400.

After a long hospital stay, Mairead has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Cork cost $65 each.
Mairead has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Mairead could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Mairead, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
