Help Lydia save Pepper - surgery needed

Pepper is my three-legged dog of three years. On 1 February we rushed to Bakersfield Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $900. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $260 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Bakersfield Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Pepper's recovery.
