I make my living with my pickup. 3 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $450. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my 1 children. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $450 goes: • fuel pump replacement (parts): $290 • Labor charges: $75 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $75 • Towing and inspection: $10 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot. - Lwazi

Sending strength, Lwazi. This could happen to any of us. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care
