Help Lukman with an overdue electricity and water bill before winter
Lukman is behind on electricity and water bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Lukman received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Lukman called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Lukman is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Lukman's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
