Help Lorenzo replace the gearbox and return to work
Lorenzo drives for a living in Alcalá de Henares, and a broken gearbox has stopped all income for 8 weeks.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 8 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $950. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.

• gearbox replacement (parts): $510
• Labor charges: $210
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $100
• Towing and inspection: $130
