Help Loan save Buddy - surgery needed

Buddy is my cat of six years. On 5 March we rushed to the Cầu Giấy Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
