Help Lindiwe pay for a craniotomy at Paarl University Hospital

Lindiwe was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc in July. The surgeon at Paarl University Hospital recommended a craniotomy, and She is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,350, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $950 short.
my sister has been in and out of Paarl University Hospital since July. The doctors say a herniated spinal disc will get worse without a craniotomy. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,350 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Lindiwe struggles with daily life and can't drive. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 10 weeks. During that time Lindiwe won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
