Help Lin keep the the Thursday Table pantry stocked
Lin runs a volunteer pantry feeding 199 families; this fund restocks shelves for the harvest gap.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run the Thursday Table every Wednesday from the back of the parish hall. We started with 10 families, and now we feed 199 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 51% this harvest gap, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 17 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the El Paso market and keep every receipt.
Each $30 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $3,950 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $2,350
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $1,250
• Refrigeration and electricity: $350

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Lin.
It's all in the list in the story. rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale) is the big one at $2,350, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. It helps to be asked.
