Help Liliana restart a flower stall in Bakersfield after floodwater
Liliana has run a flower stall for three years; floodwater destroyed the equipment, and $3,200 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a flower stall in Bakersfield. In August, floodwater took display cabinets and a cooler. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $3,200 goes:
• Replacing display cabinets and a cooler: $1,150
• Initial stock: seasonal flowers: $680
• Shop repairs and licensing: $530
• Working capital for the first month: $840
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

hope the shop reopens soon. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Blessings.
Stay strong. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Take care.
Thinking of you. Shared this with my family. I'm in public service myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you.
Wishing you peace. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Sent it to 33 people at work. God bless.
Wishing you peace. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Thinking of Bakersfield.
