Liên was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst in August. The surgeon at Hồ Chí Minh City Regional Medical Center recommended hip replacement surgery, and She is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,000, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $700 short.
my wife has been in and out of Hồ Chí Minh City Regional Medical Center since August. The doctors say a large ovarian cyst will get worse without hip replacement surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,000 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Liên struggles with daily life and can't walk without help. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 10 weeks. During that time Liên won't be able to walk without help, so the costs keep growing.

Sure. The biggest one is physiotherapy sessions, $90. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for looking so closely.
