Lerato earned a place in the first year of senior school at Soweto International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $250, which is more than they have.
Lerato loves robotics and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $250 goes:
• Laptop: $155
• School uniform and shoes: $40
• Textbooks and workbooks: $50
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $5
Thanks for reading all this.
