Willow, my wife, passed away on 11 September after a road accident. She was 57 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $5,500 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 20 September. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Willow to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt. Where the $5,500 goes: • Funeral home services and casket: $3,100 • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,550 • Transport of the deceased: $510 • Memorial gathering for the family: $340 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
