Help Layla finish a degree in social work at Cairo University - $850 to go

Layla is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in social work at Cairo University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $850. The registrar has said Layla can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Layla has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Layla would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Layla isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Cairo University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
