I make my living with my delivery van. 10 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,050. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $1,050 goes: • suspension replacement (parts): $510 • Labor charges: $300 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $165 • Towing and inspection: $75 Glad we found this place. - Lawrence

Updates from Lawrence

Good news. Because of your gifts ($540 in total) the first invoice got paid this week. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
