Help Lavanya replace the clutch assembly and return to work

Without my pickup Lavanya can't work; a $250 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my pickup. 8 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal. Where the $250 goes: • clutch assembly replacement (parts): $170 • Labor charges: $30 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $40 • Towing and inspection: $10 I hope life is good to you.

Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about clutch assembly replacement (parts), advice is welcome too. I'll keep the page updated.

  • shared this with my family. After 22 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Nashik

    • gave what I could, wish it was more. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.

      • Rooting for you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 17 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
