Help Lars through 8 rounds of treatment for a rare sarcoma

Lars was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in June. The oncology team at Amsterdam Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks. Lars is 24, worked as a bank teller until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Amsterdam Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
