Help Lamia replace the fuel pump and return to work
Without my pickup Lamia can't work; a $150 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my pickup. 5 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $150 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $70
• Labor charges: $20
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $40
• Towing and inspection: $20
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Lamia
Sure. The biggest one is fuel pump replacement (parts), $70. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. I'll keep the page updated.
Wishing you the best, Lamia. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up.
