Help Kylie with an overdue electricity bill before summer
Kylie is behind on electricity bills after August's medical emergency and needs $700 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 2 months behind. Kylie received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $700 is paid. She had never been late before August's medical emergency.
Kylie called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Kylie is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
