Embakasi
Karanja, my brother, passed away on 16 January after a short illness. He was 61 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $300 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 25 January. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Karanja to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt. Where the $300 goes: • Memorial gathering for the family: $45 • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $180 • Transport of the deceased: $75 I hope life is good to you. - Kimani

Hope it all works out. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I went through something like this 8 years ago and strangers helped me out.
